Based on recommendations for policy makers at the national level we will also develop common recommendations at European level. In recommendations for policy makers at the European level we will find what actions/activities have emerged as key in all the national reports and what are the key actions they have in common. We will integrate these findings and suggest how to expand or generalise them. The recommendations will be both content and structural.
