We will develop a module for leaders of activities with Romani parents. The purpose of activity will be to strengthen the parental competencies of Romani parents. The module will be designed on the principle of building on cultural appropriateness and search strategies, how to strengthen parental skills within their cultural context. Formed module will be based on recognised parental competencies of the Romani parents, will upgrade and strengthened them and not compensated them. Large emphasis of this module will be on forming a mutual trust among leaders of activities and participants.

Each partner organization will carry out training on national level after participating on international training. We will design training material which will cover the fundamental concepts and ideas of the training. Participants will receive material directly at the training in printed form.
